opensmppbox: Bind Transmitter & Bind Receiver

Hi, is there a way to setup in opensmppbox if the created binds would be Bind 
Transmitter or Bind Receiver, or both?

I think they are set to both by default, but is there a way to set it to be 
only Transmitter or only Receiver?
