infact i am acting as SMSC for others and i am connected to some other
SMSCs (providers).

MY Client is connected with my openSMPP
i am forwarding messages to Providers.

when an incoming messages comes from my client it is sent to my http SMSC.
here is my openSMPP conf.

##################
group = opensmppbox
opensmppbox-id = smppbox1
opensmppbox-port = 8999
bearerbox-host = 127.0.0.1
bearerbox-port = 13002
log-level = 0
log-file = /var/log/kannel/opensmppbox.log
our-system-id = MYID
*route-to-smsc = localpars*
##################

now when an incomming messages is received at openSMPP, message is sent to
SMSC specfied in *route-to-smsc.*
*
*
and my SMSC localparser send-url , which send all received data to my php.

and i am sure for incoming messages from openSMPP, it has nothing to do
with SMS-Service.

the incomming message form SMSC's, that needs a SMS-Service and get-url.

-----

and the configuration is running perfectly for non multipart massages.
issues comes when there is a multipart message.

Thanks
Ali
