My project- SPICE, facilitates social and business innovation using communications technology and improves communications in Khmer via mobile devices. we have already localized many open source software and currently, we are localizing CSIPSimple, Kazoo, and Android. Beside all of the mentioned tools, we are going to localize SMS Gateway- The Kannel is the best for us to localize into Khmer as well (we would like to have Kannel in Khmer both interface and documentations). But I am sure where should I start from?
