Messages with special characters

Hi, I have a problem with receiving of messages with special characters
like "éôãç...". What can I do to solve this? I try to pass in url:
conding=2 and charset=UTF-8, but it doesn't work... I try to set
alt-charset=2 in smsc.conf, but the result was the same... Thank you!
