unified-prefix and dest-TON/NPI

Hi, 

 

Can someone confirm if unified-prefix will override the config of
destination TON / NPI. For example if  

 

Prefix is set to "-, +"  and  dest ton/npi to 1  does it mean the message
will be submitted  without + sign like 218 not +218?
