DLR not receive

[Qqblog Qqblog]

I find this error in the log . No DLR-URL is returned.

ERROR: SMPP[sms]: got DLR but could not find message or was not interested in 
it id<28ADB3B9> dst<XXXXXXXX>, type<2>



How to fix this problem ?
