What I would like to ask is the below:
- Does anyone knows any company that provide support (24X7) for Kannel
gateway? The company where I work is looking for a company or team where
they can provide support for Kannel.
- Can someone help me with two general issues regarding Kannel:
a) When you stop Kannel all DLR messages are being lost, What I have
found on user guide (Section: External delivery report (DLR) storage) is
that you can store all DLR information by setting "dlr-storage =" to a
MySQL, Postgres table or set it as default to internal.
My question is since when you set it as internal, DLR information after
Kannel will start are not being sent (at least this is waht I know) If you
store them to a table (MySQL or Postgres) how these messages are being
sent? Do we need to perform any action or they sent by default after the
restart?
