One 'indecent' way of doing it is to clear the whole queue. If you have 'store-type = file' in the bbox config, you can stop your kannel instance, remove the destination file and restart. Kannel will make a new file on not finding the old one. Your stuck messages will be removed with this. But make sure no other messages are in it, else they will go away as well, alongwith the problematic ones.
