Hi
If your operator said you need to use udh & tlv, that is what you need
to do. This means you need to do the split the message by your own and
send each part independently. Ask your priovider which values you need
to use for the tlv or better give you an example or a dump to get
details.
About udh values, you need to calculate it as well as the sequence
numbers. Search the mailing list for more details on how to manually
build concatenated messages. There was a couple of conversations about
a couple of years ago.
