Dear List, using kannel 1.5; using opensmpp; using sqlbox;
I was thinking is i possible to put limit on my smpp clients , clients are connected to me on smpp (opensmpp) i want that they can send 10 SMS per second. opensmpp clients txt file do not have anything to put limit, so is it possible ? Thanks Ali
