Yes, you can configure multiple sql+sms boxes with kannel. Just put the config in separate files and change the box ids.
Voice SMS is a fancy name of voicemail. The audio message does not travel over SMS at all, rather it stays on a server like voicemail. You have to dial to the server to listen to the message. Kannel has nothing to do with voicemail/voice SMS.
