It looks like you have some kind of Debian derived OS and that the architecture is i386 i.e. 32-bit machine/CPU/ Try next: apt-get install libssl-dev libpam0g-dev libxml2-dev libpcre3-dev libmysqlclient-dev libsqlite0-dev libsqlite3-dev libpq-dev It will ask you to install additional development packages, just say Yes i.e. press y key. And, from the other thread I see that you trying to install .deb packages for kannel and at the same time you are trying to build and install kannel from the source. This is not quite wise for beginners.
