no i mean if i add throughput in smsc of gsm modem it does not apply and in logs it does not show throughput but if i add throughput on smsc of smpp it is working and showing in logs.. thats issue... my modem send messages direct no delay and my carrier has limit of 100 msgs per 15 minutes thats why i want to apply limit in gsm smsc ...
