Does Kannel support mula accounts and windowing

Hi

I'm using Accion SMSC 5.4 SMPP account to connect with my kannel server. In
SMPP account I sow there are some parameters bellow.

            MULTIPLE_ADDRESSES : YES
                  INPUT_WINDOW : 10
                 OUTPUT_WINDOW : 10
              LEVEL_THROUGHPUT : 80
           INTERVAL_THROUGHPUT : 1
                   MAXSESSIONS : 10

could anyone pls let me know how can i configure same with kannel?
