For clarity, please use different subjects if the question changes. This
helps everyone.
It might be that the size of the users file is too big. Try with a smaller
file (ie 5/10 users)
It is better to handle users configuration outside kannel at your app level
and in kannel use just a couple of "generic users".
Else you will need to restart kannel each time you modify/create/delete a
user.
