어떤 운영체제를 사용 중이신가요? 윈도우즈? xp? 7? 맥? 리눅스? 어떤 프로그램을 사용하여 프린트 하셨나요? 라이터? 캘크? 드로우?
미리보기까지 괜찮은데 인쇄를 실행하면 먹통..이라면 프린터 드라이버와의 통신 문제라고 짐작해볼 수 있는데, 검색해봐도 딱히 비슷한 케이스가 안보이는 것 같습니다. 미리보기를 하면 충돌난다는 얘기는 좀 있는데.. 혹시 라이터에서 서식파일(템플릿)로 문서를 만드셨나요? 그리고 리브레오피스 자체 대화상자가 아닌 운영체제 제공 대화 상자를 사용하셨나요? 그런 경우 (우분투에서) 프린트 시 문제가 생긴다는 이야기는 있네요. https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/libreoffice/+bug/1086284 괜찮으시면.. 인쇄시 충돌나는 문서나.. 충돌나는 문서를 만들어서 ;;; 제 개인 메일로 보내주시면 한번 확인해보도록 하겠습니다. 제 메일 주소는 jihui.c...@gmail.com 입니다.
