This is not an error, you get this message whenever you try to contact a
non-LISP destination. For example, you probably have a DNS server
configured, which is not a LISP destination. Your node will contact this
server using a Proxy ETR.

Not an error message per se either.

When you say it doesn't appear on lispmon.net, you mean the map, or the
looking glass?

The map is only updated once a day, so you need to keep your mobile node
connected for at least one day. The scanning is done ususally at 9AM
Central European Time.

If you mean the looking glass, than you have a different problem, you
are not correcly registered in the mapping system. However, I just
checked, and I get the following mapping:
# lig uniroma-xtr.lisp4.net
Send map-request to 85.184.2.42 for uniroma-xtr.lisp4.net ...
Received map-reply from 195.50.116.18 with rtt 0.05900 secs

Mapping entry for EID '153.16.44.113':
153.16.44.112/28, via map-reply, record ttl: 10, not auth, not mobile
  Locator State Priority/Weight
  151.100.122.9 up 1/100

So you host is correctly registered with the mapping system, as
http://www.lisp4.net/lisp-site/#uniroma-xtr says.

You should not have static map-cache entries configured under normal
circumstances.

I see now, you meant the lispmon.net map. See above why you don't show
up on that yet.

DNS should work, if you have a correct Proxy-ETR configured, and the
Proxy-ITR handling your prefix has no issues. You have control over the
first one, but not over the second one. The way I see it, you have a /28
LISP prefix, which are used for non-mobile sites. Mobile nodes on the
beta network are allocated /32 prefixes from a different address range.
I will allocate a new EID for your LISPmob tests.

This is not fully supported yet, all testing was done with a single
Map-Resolver and Map-Server so far.

Sure, no prob. ;)

No trouble at all.
