Hi, I just checked that 153.16.38.0/24 is configured to accept more specifics, and in fact there are two more specific prefixes registered: 153.16.38.0/25 and 153.16.38.128/25. I'm not sure if you can register another level of more specific prefixes. Also, there seem to be a lot of authentication failures.
However, as Albert said, you should receive Map-Replies, if you don't, something must be wrong in your environment. Can you use the 'lig' tool successfully for example? -Lori On 03/21/2013 05:44 PM, Albert López wrote: > Dear Nassim, > > If the EID you are trying to register belongs to a bigger prefix and > the map server is configured to not accept more specific entries for > this prefix ( disaggregate the prefix in smaller ones) , then you will > not be able to register your laptop to the map server. > If you are not able to register your EID into the map server, then is > normal that you don't receive map notify but you should receive the > answers of the map requests (map reply).
