You need to have open the data port (UDP 4341) and the control port (UDP 4342) to all destinations if you want it to work. I 'm not sure of the security policies of your organization but if I were you, I would try to require that they open these ports only to your host (if you have an static IP) or move your host to another prefix with less restrictive firewall conditions or DMZ. If you want to do very restrictive tests to only one or two destinations, then you need to open the port 4342 to map server and map resolver and the ports 4343 and 4341 to all the XTRs you are going to communicate with.
