You need to have open the data port (UDP 4341) and the control port (UDP
4342) to all destinations if you want it to work. I 'm not sure of the
security policies of your organization but if I were you, I would try to
require that they open these ports only to your host (if you have an
static IP) or move your host to another prefix with less restrictive
firewall conditions or DMZ.
If you want to do very restrictive tests to only one or two
destinations, then you need to open the port 4342 to map server and map
resolver and the ports 4343 and 4341 to all the XTRs you are going to
communicate with.

Hi Albert,
Yes, they said me that the ports will be open as soon as I tell them
which are the destination ip’s(safety home rule).
So, the ip’s destination for the communication it will be the map
resolver, map server, both...? what’s ip’s I have to tell them for
guarantee the communication?
Thanks,
