Yes, vertical handover is possible. We have tested it using android and the non rooted version of android between wifi and 3g. I suppose it will also work in the rooted version of android if you use public addresses. If you are behind NAT is better to use the non rooted version of LISPmob for Android because the NAT functionalities are more evolved than the rooted version. If you use the rooted version, then you will have to add both interfaces manually in the configuration file, if you are using the non root version, the interfaces can be added manually in the gui interface.
