The same password can be used for both map servers.

You cannot use any other EID prefix.  You can divide your EID prefix is
smaller, more specific prefixes.  You can use any PxTR from the beta
network, the ones I specified were just a recommendation, since they are
located in Asia, and thus don't increase your RTT to destinations as
much as other PxTRs would.
