Dear community, The LISPmob team is proud to announce the release of the OpenOverlayRouter project!
OpenOverlayRouter (OOR) is a rename of the LISPmob project that aims to offer an overlay solution with broader scope. At the time of its release, OOR implements support for LISP (both data and control plane), NETCONF (control-plane) and VXLAN-GPE (data-plane). The roadmap is to keep including protocols for both the data and control plane. As with LISPmob, OOR is available for Linux, Android and OpenWRT. We plan to continue improving and adding features to all the three different flavors. This mail serves also to announce that LISPmob 0.5.2 will be the last version ever to be released. From this point onwards, the LISPmob project will be archived and all new features and bugfixes will be pushed instead to the new OOR project. You can check all the information regarding the new project at: http://openoverlayrouter.org/ https://github.com/openoverlayrouter We have also created new mailing lists for the OOR project: https://github.com/OpenOverlayRouter/oor/wiki/Mailing-lists For your convenience, former subscribers of LISPmob lists have been automatically subscribed to OOR mailing lists. Let us know if you wish otherwise. We would also like to thank the community for all these years of support and feedback. We hope to see you all again in this new exciting project! Thanks, The OpenOverlayRouter team
