Dave, Please find attached the modified AppConfig.xml. There is nothing proprietary in it. I think the only thing you have to do is create two node instances for the controller nodes and deploy the service units on those. This is what worked for us and what you can find in the file as well. In the file we only changed the names of the service units, otherwise everything is the same as for the avsvdemo.
