Chad,

I think it's a good idea to have an AvSv demo that runs in the 2 node
cluster. Can you make a note of it as an enhancement request of some
sort?

Hi Sayan-

Thanks a lot, that fixed it.  We had gotten it working a few weeks ago
during the training but I didn't check the code in and I lost the
changes.  These XML files sure are complex.

The 2-node (i.e. controller only) cluster is probably going to be such a
common case it might be worth having a sample avsv config file for that
eventually.
