According to AMF B.02 there are cases when an operator has to perform some actions to clear an alarm. For example instantiation-failed.
What actions is that, admin lock/unlock of the component using snmpset? Does the unlock operation trigger AMF attempts to instantiate the component again? Another example is when an application has restarted to many times within the probation period, what happens then and how is that error cleared?
