Ingvar, Indeed OpenSAF doesn't support LOCK_INSTANTIATE. The equivalent operation in OpenSAF is achieved by setting the MIB object ncsSUTermState in the NCS-AVSV-MIB. The description of this object reads as: When this object is set to true, the SU will be terminated and not instantiated till set to false. Default value is false. This objects can be set to true only if saAmfSUAdminState is locked.
