BTW, I just found out that the same behavious occurs when I disable caching: <caching method="read" lifetime="1 day" enabled="false">
First hit generates warnings. Subsequent hits doesn't. Does this mean the enabled parameter's not working? When I configure the caching to only work in production, I don't get any errors in development.
