Hi, After tinkering with the tutorial blog for a while, I feel ready to actually start on a project :-). Can I ask how people here plan their projects? Do you draw some UML class or sequence diagrams? Do you do these by hand or use some UML Tool? What else do you do when planning? Do you have any advice about any mistakes to avoid? I guess one reason for the MVC pattern is to be able to easily change things in the future. I don't want to invalidate all that by doing something a bit silly...
