Well the FPF is not fired since it is set to method=write which mean  
post requests. In the case of forwarding the new request becomes a get  
(read) one. I would suggest to add FPF as action filter and make it  
run on read requests. Why action filter? Well it would be unnessesary  
overhead to run it at each get request.
