Or maybe even layouts could have default FPFs configs associated with  
them: so my "main" layout out could have the FPF for "big" forms, but  
I could have a "sidebar" layout with FPF config for my "little" form...?

I guess it all gets a bit tricky though, as I thought the FPF runs  
right at the end, after all the layouts etc have been dealt with, so  
multiple views of slots in the page calling different FPFs could cause  
an issue. I guess maybe then FPF could run "per action" rather than  
"per page" ? I'm just rambling here... :-)
