+1 for capitalization.  I've had a few problems like this too, when I
used a case-insensitive file system for development. =)

Anyway, do your servers have the same PHP modules installed?  You
might be missing some modules on the production server.  Also, are you
using the same Agavi configs on both of the servers too?  I think (?)
the production config in Agavi requires all input to be validated...
