Hello, Alessandro, I've had some problems with system monitor
extension, I also have a nvidia card.
In my case I installed (dnf install) the "gnome-system-monitor" rpm,
that shows like "SystemMonitor" in "Extensions" (I hope that you can see
it in pasted image), this extension didn't work for me.
Later I installed "gnome-shell-extension-system-monitor-applet" that
shows as "system-monitor" and works well...
I see that you have written "systemMonitor" and it may be for the same
reason...
