I tried to register on that chat-link, system says 'check your email', but 
nothing arrives.
No information as 'must be validated by owner' or alike...
This, combined with the invalid information of almalinux (wiki) about the 
Elevate/Leapp route, and the very low traffic on this help-list,  let me wonder 
how serious the almalinux project is active.....
Might be better to use Centos 7.9 'till the e.o.l. date.... :-(
