I'm a bit stumped with what to install for it.

It seems part of `texlive` but doesn't get installed with it.  It seems to be provided in the fedora build system for EL:

rpmfind.net shows this:

OpenMandriva source rpms don't always compile cleanly in RedHat/Fedora/Alma, etc., so be prepared to do some tweaking.

(And, perhaps more likely, have I missed something bleeding obvious?)

Or, in which repo that I don't have is `texlive-pdfjam` hiding:
