Running how? You can't "run" these modules by themselves, so any error 
(including the one you quoted) is, well, expected.

I'm not sure what "chirp 3" is in this context. If you're trying to work on 
developing chirp, the best plan would be to join the developer's list and ask 
your questions there. If so, sounds like you don't have a development 
environment set up, but conversation about that would be inappropriate for this 
list, and suitable for the developers list.

If you're trying to do something else, please explain what that it is so we can 
help you.
