I have one of my UV-5R that receives well, so want to us it to scan NWS channels here to support my Skywarn activities.
I went to Chirp, on the Advanced Settings Tab and found "Scan Resume". My choices are: TO CO SE what do each of these do if I add them to my set up for the radio. Thanks.
