You can import from any type of file. So if the FT-4 is already done, just download from the other radio, File->Import and select the .img file of the FT-4 and it will bring in your memories. Or open both and select all, copy, paste into the other. Or export one to CSV (File->Export to CSV) and then open/copy/paste or import into the other. This is pretty much CHIRP's purpose in life.
