For as long as I have been using CHIRP, there has always been one available. I use one here. I have CHIRP-next installed using the "installer" version (currently chirp-next-20251031-installer.exe) and then have classic/legacy CHIRP installed using the 'standalone' version (currently chirp-next-20251031-win64.zip). Just unZIP the 'win64.zip' file anywhere convenient and run it using the 'chirpw.exe' file. I have a shortcut on my desktop to run this file. I also have a 'thumb drive' with CHIRP installed on it to have a portable copy of the software that allows me to temporarily use CHIRP on a Windows computer without needing to "install" it.
