You are correct, but the issue is that the table downloaded from the radio contains only limited columns while the repeaterbook table contains all the columns needed.
The copy & paste step will put the data into the correct columns, but only those displayed in the radio tab. OTOH, exporting the radio table to a CSV file does contain all the appropriate columns as shown in the repeaterbook table, yet cannot input the data the same way. The repeater info does not get imported, only the simplex data.
