I tried their official software on Windows, and the FRS version had the channel
frequencies locked out.
BUT, they were super helpful and sent me an "unofficial" version of the same
software, which listed a range of 400-470MHz for this model and had frequencies
unlocked.
I was able to re-program the H-777H radio with standard FRS frequencies and
tested successfully with other radios. So, it's definitely possible.
