I already did that on the install. But guess the unpacking took so long time and thats why it timeouted.

The most likely reason is some Tomcat bug Setting unpackWAR to true might solve the issue: https://www.ciphermail.com/documentation/installguide/pages/ubuntu-debian.ht ml#install-tomcat See tip "Because of a bug in some versions of Tomcat..." We might set unpackWAR to true by default in future releases.
