while open source development is initially about "anyone can contribute, anyone can help fix bugs", that's not really the magic of it. The magic is in setting up environments where people can collaborate however-they-wish across organizational boundaries. This requires a human element, and also a code element. Often we think a lot about the code element but we don't strategic enough about the human element. There is a symbiotic relationship between the two. _______________________________________________ Users mailing list [email protected] http://lists.dgplug.org/listinfo.cgi/users-dgplug.org
