The presentation has already been done such that one can follow the
commands in the presentation and see how things work for themselves.
You can use the same commands mentioned in the presentation, or use
your own project files.

If you are still afraid to get your hands dirty with hands-on
experience on the computer, there is nothing much I can do.

If you have any specific questions that you are stuck with on git,
please ask. Starting to use git in your project would be a good step.
