* You shouldn't put your code inside a cal/ folder. Your top-level
sources should contain the app/ config/ db/ doc/ ... directories.
Please fix it

* I didn't want you to write View, Controller, but, only do the Model
stuff, and you wrote everything. Never mind. We will first work on the
Model (database) only.

I would like you to come up with a diagrammatic representation of
one-to-one, or one-to-many, or many-to-many relationship between the
various tables mentioned here:

For example, employee has many A. Taxable incomes (every year), so
that is a one-to-many relationship. Employee table has many B. Others
table (every year). If you can make a diagram with Dia that will be
good too.

If there are any database gurus on this list, they will help us with
the database relationships, when you are done.
