Hi, Repoman is cool GUI utility to configure Yum. However, repoman sort of lost momentum recently and as such was removed from the Fedora repository because of failure to change to some new Python module. But it is possible to revive the project again.
This tool was brought to my notice by Arun Sag when he started working on implementing the fedx client side tool. So we (me, Arun Sag and Bamacharan Kundu) decided to devote some time to make the repoman code error free and add an interface to configure /etc/yum.conf to it. That will be cool :) I have put the source code of Repoman at http://gitorious.org/~rtnpro/repoman/rtnpros-clone-repoman We have already made some changes to the source code and committed it there. Please review the changes and suggest improvements. Thanks, Regards, rtnpro _______________________________________________ Users mailing list [email protected] http://lists.dgplug.org/listinfo.cgi/users-dgplug.org
