Because the only way to learn for doing actual work is reading
documentations, man pages,
articales, blog posts. Most of these are using plain text and
screenshots (sometimes). We
are helping people to learn and also help them to create the habit of
self learning using internet.
So, [1] is the preferable guide from us to learn about IRC.
