many thanks for you fast reply.

I signed up as a reseller, but i couldn't figure out how user
management works as a reseller. If i use my own AP name and the
username/password combination i used for signing up as a reseller i
get a "Waiting for request; Error requesting certificate. Message:
Permission denied!" message in the pending certificate request list.
Any idea why?
