The Backup manager is able to do scheduled backups. It needs a SMB share to do so, but that should be no problem as it is recommended to store the backup on an other machine anyway, no? For how to use the backup manager have a look at http://www.djigzo.com/documents/administration-guide.pdf in chapter 20.
