Could it be that you selected "Always use freshest signing certificate"? Certificates that were selected before the option "Always use freshest signing certificate" are still selected although they are not used if "Always use freshest signing certificate" is selected. Can you add a JIRA entry (https://jira.djigzo.com). I will see whether the selected certificate can always be removed when "Always use freshest signing certificate" is selected for a user.
