You can download the Comodo intermediate certificate here

https://support.comodo.com/index.php?_m=downloads&_a=view&parentcategoryid=26&pcid=1&nav=0,1

download the COMODOClientAuthenticationandSecureEmailCA certificate and 
import it into the certificates store. Your end-user certificate should 
then be trusted.
